가장 큰 변화는 로그인 프로세스가 기존에는 ID넘버 였는데 지금은 등록시 사용한 이메일을 로그인으로

Special Notice to Members Regarding Web Site and Services Upgrades
Enhancements Include:
- New Log In Process
You will use the primary email address you have on file with(ISC)² as your Username, rather than your Member ID number. Your password remains the same. If you do not have this information, please contact(ISC)² Services at service@isc2.org or by calling +1.888.333.4458 or + 1.727.738.8657. Also, password resetting or retrieving your password is now an automated process. Just follow the Forgot My Password link on the Log In screen or the Change My Password link on the member home page. Log in now to the enhanced Member Website.
- Member Services
We've upgraded to a robust, real-time Customer Relationship Management software that will allow our Member Services Advisors to easily respond to your questions and requests as well as help you through the recertification process.
- Real Time Account Information
We've eliminated the 2 business day delay on AMF, CPE and other account transactions accessed via the web or over the phone with one of our Member Services Advisors.
- Enhancements to the Member Website functionality include the following:

New My Accounts PageThis page provides the same convenient, consolidated view of your certification cycle, CPE submissions and AMF payments and a Payment Schedule as before, but now boasts real-time data (no 2 day business delay as before) and you'll also see what payments are due as well as view a payment history.
Expanded Member Profile and Opt-In PreferencesAdd additional contact information, easily update opt-in preferences, and review recent transactions.
Shopping CartPay AMFs, sign up for a review, or download CPE Guidelines or the latest Workforce Study, all in one easy process without the drudgery of filling out multiple forms.
Streamlined Examination/Seminar ProcessIf you're considering another
Two Distinct Member Directories
Members can now distinguish between information displayed on the public Member Directory and to your fellow members in the members only Membership Directory. Set preferences for each by visiting Edit My Profile.

그런데 이 싸이트가 지난 10월 이후에 ..특히 최근에 시험 접수시에 할당되는 시험 ID 넘버 로그인 체계에서 등록시 이메일 로그인 체계로 변화가 있었다.
